Our SCREW MIXER is that new item is attached following the standing type SCRES MIXER, and it solves the problem that the motion of mixture in cental part is slowed down and makes it possible high uniformal mixture and gives the shear effect to the mass block of powder by rotation of screw, so it becomes μ mixing.

1.The powder in center as well in perimeter of Cone are mixed very well by the planetary movement of screw so the efficiency of mixing materials is excellent and mixing speed is fast.
2. Mixing process is done calmly & efficiency and the segregation of materials caused by the difference of specific gravity or frictional resistance does not happen.
It doesn’t make smashing of particles and research to prevent generation of heat caused by friction of particles has been doing.
3. Even powders with high density can be mixed up at short time (50~80% shorter than others).
4. Comparably small power is needed to operate the machine.
5. The discharge of powder is done easily and cleaning of machine is easy.

7. It mixes & makes materials dry under vacuum & pressure. Also the materials mighty be mixed by heating or cooling.
